As a vendor, you can grant your employees various (limited) access rights to your Digistore24 account, for example so they can manage your Digistore24 sales processes.
Digistore24 offers you a selection of access types, which you can find here. Each access type contains predefined rights.
For example:
-
Maximum age of visible transactions/purchases in search results
(Note: Visibility of transactions can be limited to 6, 12, 18 or 24 months. See here for a guide on how to do this).
-
Can approve affiliate partnerships
-
Can see purchases without an affiliate
-
Can edit affiliate commissions
-
Can export table data as CSV file
These predefined rights can be switched on and off at any time.
Note
A Digistore24 ID is required to grant account access rights. Each employee needs their own Digistore24 account before you can grant them access.
Attention
If you grant account access rights to your employees, they can not only view the settings, but also change them on their own.
Step-by-step guide: Using the example of maximum visibility of transactions
You want to give your 2nd level support staff the right to view transactions. You also want to limit the visibility to 12 months.
Proceed as described below:
- In the vendor view, go to Settings > Account access.
- Click on the button Grant account access.
- For Accessor, enter the Digistore24 ID of the employee.
- For Permission, select the type of account access. The rights are automatically listed in the dropdown.
- The Active field is set to Yes by default.
- In the Permissions section:
(For our example) Select 12 months in the dropdown for Maximum age of visible transactions/orders in search results. If you don't set any restrictions, all transactions since the account was created will be visible.
- Finally, click on Save.
Once your employees log into Digistore24, they can access your account in the top left corner under View.
