This article is aimed at vendors. Here you will learn how to help customers immediately when they ask for order confirmation, details about their order, access to their product, or an invoice.

After each successful purchase, Digistore24 automatically sends an order confirmation email to the buyer. The customer will find the order information and a link to the invoice in this email.

How to resend an order confirmation email:

1. In the Vendor view, go to Reports > Transactions.
2. Click on the magnifying glass icon next to the order to open the details.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Send confirmation email to resend the confirmation email.
