Digistore24 automatically informs customers about certain processes via email. Below you will see cases when customers receive an email from us. We will also show you where you can view the email log of an order and give you some examples of the content of such emails.
View emails received by customers from Digistore24
- In the Vendor view, go to Reports > Transactions.
- Click on the magnifying glass icon to see the order details.
- Scroll down to the Log window.
There you will see which automated emails the customers of your product will receive.

| Reminder | This email is sent in case of non-payment for single payments, subscriptions and installments. Order confirmation
Info
The order confirmation contains the following information:
- Link (immediate help) for questions about the product or payment
- Details of the ordered product
- Link to Digistore24 order confirmation page (access to the product)
- Link to invoice (also included as an attachment in the email)
- Order overview - Details of the order (incl. order number and product ID)
Order cancelled
Info
The "Order cancelled" email contains the following information:
- The ID of the order that was cancelled
- The amount to be refunded
- Link to the original order confirmation page
- Details about the cancelled order
Cancellation request

The "Cancellation request" email contains the following information:
- Please check the address for correctness
- Please upload official ID via scan

- Link to resume payment
- Details of the order (incl. order number and product ID)
