The Booking Calendar is a feature that allows you to arrange appointments with your customers quickly and easily.
When a customer purchases an appointment-based product, e.g. a webinar or coaching session, they are redirected to an appointment booking page. This is where they can book an appointment subject to your availability.
As a vendor, you can enjoy the following benefits of the Booking Calendar:
- Manage your appointments centrally in Digistore24
- Enter your availability in schedules
- Synchronize your Google calendar to keep your availability up to date (optional)
- Connect your Zoom account to automatically create Zoom links for appointments (optional)
- Your customers are automatically informed via email
How to set up the Booking Calendar:
Specify basic settings
In the settings, you can set the appearance of the appointment booking page and connect your Google calendar and Zoom account.

In the vendor view, open Account > Booking Calendar.

Switch to the Settings tab.

Enter a Display name.
The display name is shown to the customer as the appointment partner on the appointment booking page.

Upload a Logo.

Click on Upload image.
- Select an image.
- You can crop the image.
- Click on Crop image.

Select the Colors of your branding.
Your selection will be displayed on the right-hand side of the screen in the Preview.
- Activate the Video conference with Zoom checkbox under Booking types.

Optional: Connect your Zoom account.

Click on the Connect Zoom button.
- Log in using your Zoom sign in details.
- Click on Allow at the bottom of the screen.

- Set a Buffer time between appointments.

Optional: Connect your Google calendar.

Click on the + Connect Google calendar button.
- Log in using your Google sign in details.
- Under Log into Digistore24 calendar, click on Next.
- Under Trust Digistore24 calendar, click on Allow.

- Activate the Terms of use checkbox.

Click on Save.
Manage schedule
You can use schedules to determine when you are available for appointments. You set fixed times for this in a weekly schedule. You can take deviations into account with date overrides.
You can create as many schedules as you like alongside the default schedule. This can be useful, for example, if you want to set different availability for different products.
Set your availability

In the vendor view, open Account > Booking Calendar.
- Click on the Manage schedule button in the Appointments tab.

Select your Time zone.

Edit the schedule in line with your working hours each week. You can specify working hours for each active weekday. To add additional working hours, click on + for a weekday.

Click on Save changes.
Set date overrides
You can use date overrides to define deviations from your schedule without changing the schedule itself. This is useful, for example, if you want to take vacation periods into account.
Option 1: Enter deviations manually

In the Vendor view, open Account > Booking Calendar.
- Click on the Manage schedule button in the Appointments tab.

Click on Add date override.
A calendar will be displayed.

Select the month in the calendar and click on the days of the month when you are not available.

If you are only available at certain times on the selected days, click on + under Enter available hours. Times that you enter will apply to all selected days.

Click on Save.
Option 2: Synchronize Google calendar
If you synchronize your Google calendar, Digistore24 will automatically adjust your availability.

In the Vendor view, open Account > Booking Calendar.
- Click on Manage schedule in the Appointments tab.

Click on Synchronize with your calendar.
Alternatively: In the Synchronize with another Google account field, enter the email address of the Google account that you want to synchronize for the date override and click on Send synchronization request.
Create a new schedule

In the Vendor view, open Account > Booking Calendar.
- Click on the Manage schedule button in the Appointments tab.
- Click on + Create schedule.
- Enter a Schedule name .
- Specify the Priority.
Note
You must assign a priority from 1 to 9999 to each schedule. This allows you to assign several schedules to a booking template later on. If your customer books an appointment that is available on both schedules, the appointment is automatically assigned to the schedule with the higher priority.
- Click on Create.
- Set your availability (see Set availability).
- Optional: Set date overrides (see Set date overrides).
- Click on Save changes.
Tip
To delete a schedule, click on Delete schedule.
Create booking templates
You can use booking templates to specify which settings apply to which products. You can add as many products as you like to a booking template, but each product may only be assigned to one booking template.

In the Vendor view, open Account > Booking Calendar.

Switch to the Booking templates tab.

Click on Create booking template.

Enter the Name of the booking template.

Add a Description.

For Connect products, select all the products to which the settings of the new booking template should be applied.
If you select a product that is already assigned to another booking template, a message will be displayed.

Click on Yes to move the product to the new booking template.

Click on No to leave the product in the other booking template.

Select a Booking duration.
The booking duration is displayed on the appointment booking page and included in the calendar file that is sent to the customer after making the booking.
- For Connect schedules, select all schedules that should apply to the booking template.
Please note
You can assign multiple schedules to a booking template. If your customer books an appointment that is available on both schedules, the appointment is automatically assigned to the schedule with the higher priority (see Create new schedule). - Under Set booking type, activate the option Video conference with Zoom.

Click on Create booking template.
The booking template is displayed in the Booking templates tab.
Tip
Click on Preview for the new booking template to see the corresponding appointment booking page from the customer's perspective.
